
Dr Lewis Haddow
Fellow To The Board
Dr Lewis Haddow has worked in sexual health and HIV since 2001 and has been a passionate supporter of the specialty throughout. He has a broad experience of the specialty, including work in Australia and South Africa for short periods, and several years as a clinical researcher at University College London.
He is a GUM consultant at Kingston Hospital where he is lead HIV clinician for the Trust. He has been a strong voice for sexual health and HIV care within the hospital.
Lewis’s interests within the specialty include: education and training; epidemiology and transmission dynamics of infections; care of socially disadvantaged and harder-to-reach people with HIV; and the use of technology to improve healthcare.
