Save our sexual health services!
3rd January 2018
As you may be aware, the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV (BASHH) has recently launched a public petition calling on the Government to reverse the damaging cuts to the public health budget in England and provide sufficient funding to ensure that patients can continue to access high-quality sexual health services throughout the country.
Supported by more than 25 leading patient, professional and third sector organisations, the petition is hosted on the ’38 degrees’ website and is accessible online here.
To support the petition, please do sign it yourself if you haven’t already and help to promote it on social media, making sure to share the link with friends, family and anyone else with an interest in sexual health or healthcare.
A number of template materials have also been produced to support members who wish to promote the petition within their local sexual health service. If you wish to do this, we would strongly recommend that you secure the relevant approvals from your Trust or organisation before proceeding and ensure that they are happy with this.
These template materials are available to download at the following page: bashh.org/petition. For any further information regarding the petition, please contact email@example.com
