If your Trust, employer or third party are listed as responsible for payment of your registration fee, if payment is not received, you, as the person who registered, will be held personally liable for the fee directly.

The feedback survey must be completed by delegates, to receive your certificate of attendance for any event.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the event start date; fee refunded less a cancellation charge of 50%.

Cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the conference administration team. Regrettably, BASHH cannot transfer you to another event or training course if you are unable to attend.
